 Description
 Zero Product Property :  If ab = 0, then a = 0, or b = 0, or both a = 0 and b = 0.

For example:

If x(y - 2) = 0, the zero product property states that either x = 0 or y - 2 = 0, or both equal zero. Thus, x = 0 and y = 2 would be solutions to this equation.

If (x + 4)(x - 3) = 0, the zero product property states that either x + 4 = 0 or x - 3 = 0, or both equal zero. Thus, x = -4 and x = 3 would be solutions to this equation.
