 Description  
 Domain:  The set of x-coordinates of the set of points on a graph; the set of x-coordinates of a given set of ordered pairs. The value that is the input in a function or relation.

A graph of a relation (a set of ordered pairs) is given below:

Note that the five points on the graph have the ordered pairs {(-2,1),(3,2),(4,0),(2,-3),(-2,-3)}. The domain of this relation is the set {-2,2,3,4}. Notice that although -2 is an x-coordinate twice, we need only list it in the domain once.
