 Description
Division Property of Equality:  States that when both sides of an equation are divided by the same number, the remaining expressions are still equal.

For example:

If 15 = 15, then 15 / 3 = 15 / 3.

If 12.5x = 12.5000x, then 12.5x / 6 = 12.5000x / 6.

If a = b, then a/c = b/c, for any number c not equal to 0.
