A candy bar company uses equivalent fractions when producing different-sized candy bars. If the super size candy bar is twice as big as the normal size, then all of the ingredients will be doubled. For example, if 1.5/5 of the normal size candy bar is caramel, then 3/10 of the super size candy bar is caramel. That means a 10 ounce candy bar will contain 3 ounces of caramel.
