 Absolute Value:  The absolute value of a number is the distance the number is from zero on the number line.
Number Line: A line on which points are marked off at regular intervals (i.e., evenly spaced) and labeled with ordered numbers.
Distance: The amount of space between two points or things. Distance is always a non-negative number.
