 Exponent:  The number of times a number or expression (called base) is used as a factor of repeated multiplication. Also called the power.
Base (of a Power): The number or expression used as a factor for repeated multiplication.
Expanded Form: A way of writing a numbers in which the numbers are written to show the place value value of each digit.
Exponential: A number written with an exponent. For example, 6,3 is called an exponential.
Perfect Square: A number that is the square of a whole number.
Power: The exponent of a number or expression, which indicates the number of times the number or expression is used as a factor.
Dividing Powers Property: To divide two powers of the same base, subtract the exponent of the denominator from the exponent of the numerator.
