Plot:  To place a point on a coordinate plane using its x-coordinate and y-coordinate.
Coordinate Plane: A two-dimensional region determined by a pair of axes and that uses numerical values to represent the location of an object. x-coordinate: The first number of in ordered pair; the position of a point relative to the vertical axis. y-coordinate: The second number in an ordered pair; the position of a point relative to the horizontal axis. Point: One of the basic undefined terms of geometry. A point has no length, width, or thickness, and we often use a dot to represent it. Range: The y-coordinates of the set of points on a graph. Also, the y-coordinates of a given set of ordered pairs. The range is the output in a function or a relation. Domain: The set of x-coordinates of the set of points on a graph; the set of x-coordinates of a given set of ordered pairs. The value that is the input in a function or relation.
