Paint Less Cubes


A solid block of wood in the shape of a right-rectangular prism measures a inches by b inches by c inches. The block is dipped into red paint and is then cut into one-inch cubes. How many of the one-inch cubes will have no paint on them? Give your answer in terms of a, b, and c.
