Tiling

The Wilsons are tiling their kitchen with right triangles with side lengths 3, 4, and 5 cm. How many tiles can they fit on their kitchen floor that measures 3 m by 5 m? Assume that the tiling will not produce any gaps or overlaps on the floor.

Will the number of tiles needed to cover the floor be the same if you tile the floor using a different pattern? Explain.
