Participants should choose investigations that involve:

• Describing and comparing the concepts and attributes of a circle (e.g. radius, diameter, center, chord, major arc, minor arc)
• Solving problems involving the area and circumference of circles
• Making graphical representations of circles using dynamic geometry software

   • Changes in the Circumference
   • Circling the Coordinate Plane
   • Optimizing Triangles Using Radii
   • N-Sided Circle
   • Tangent Along the Diameter
   • Circles and Triangle
   • Rationalize Pi
   • Target Area
   • Surface Area

B. Participants add write-ups to their online portfolios
C. Continued technological teaching and support (especially with Geometer's Sketchpad and the structure of a write-up)
