A. Participants engage in investigations of Quadrilaterals

Participants should choose investigations that involve:

• Describing and defining the characteristics of quadrilaterals
• Solving problems involving the area and perimeter of quadrilaterals
• Using inductive or deductive reasoning to find a solution
• Graphically representing quadrilaterals and other related geometric figures

1. Week 6: Choose from investigations focused on the properties of quadrilaterals as well as perimeter and area of quadrilaterals

2. Week 7:
   • Transformations
   • Paper Folding
   • Inscribed Square
   • Inscribed Quadrilaterals
